The Ten Million Dollar Melody

Ten Million Dollar Melody! was an original, devised jukebox musical produced in 2022 by the Clemson Players and directed by Shannon Robert. It presented a musical game show where contestants perform songs in pursuit of the ultimate jackpot. This sound design reflected the fast paced, high energy performance by drawing from the design language of television game shows - with a distinct melodic timbre. The system design balanced the small space, live band, and wide variety of music to provide an excellent experience for the audience.
